Building a Bridge to Sales
Getting to customers that are out of your comfort zone can be a deal breaker from some companies when it comes to growing their business. We work with companies that don’t always realize that they have settled and are only dealing with customers that are in their comfort zone. They end up dealing with those customers that “we’ve always had” and where they have deep relationships with their contacts at these same customers.
Companies can only grow if they are willing to step out of their comfort zone and look at new markets, new countries with new products and build a new perspective on where, and how, they can sell their products. MXS has worked with clients to determine the best areas for them to grow, and if their plans will take them outside of their comfort zone then we are there to help them get over this hump.
Take a few minutes to determine what percentage of your sales come from your comfort zone and you might be surprised.
Building a Bridge to Funding Your Development
Since the recession in 2008, traditional bank financing has become harder and harder to obtain and that is why private lending networks can be a better option if you can to them. Private lending networks are controlling billions in large endowments and trusts and they want to invest in sound business projects but they don’t want everyone approaching them with a deal so they work with a select group of brokers.
MXS has been working with a few of these brokers to fund some very interesting projects in the US, and abroad, with renewable energy, commercial and industrial real estate development, space exploration and medical facilities. Your projects don’t need to be as exotic as these but we can find the funds for the right projects that generates attract returns
Building a Bridge to allow your business to grow
The skills and effort required to take start-up business to a sustainable level is immeasurable to those of us that have fought this fight. The next challenge is realizing that to grow your business from here you will need to have a skillset that you may not in house.
From your dining room or garage to a small office, warehouse or factory can be a fun ride but leave a mess in its path. In these early stages the founder often has their hand on every order, but as you grow this can no longer be the case. You need a structure and processes that will keep you informed but all your team to perform without you in the middle of everything.
We work with companies to build in the structure they need that will allow them to replicate their success but be flexible to adjust for their growth ahead.
